Domino's Pizza at 1004 Western Boulevard, Tarboro, North Carolina.

I placed an online order and checked the box for no garlic crust , well what did i get --garlic crust and i live like 2 mins away from the store . i didn't feel like getting out after a rough day so i place a delivery order . took them 35 mins to get to me and then they had no ticket for me to sign i had to sign the sticker on the box. i called to say they got my order wrong. and they said they would refund the entire order. but its been 3 weeks and no refund... Also i messaged the main office about it and have had no response yet.. its been 3 weeks... so i will NOT eat at the Tarboro location ANYMORE.!!!!!!!!!!!
